His calm, quiet and friendly approach is well received by children and adults alike. During our camps you will often find him sitting cross legged on the floor of his office with a group of children mediating problems or simply getting to know some of the children who are feeling homesick or a little isolated. Alex Crawford - operations manager Alex is the first point of contact for most volunteers, families and group representatives. Alex has been managing the office, bookings and keeping everyone on the ball with regard to the comings and goings for the past 8 years. Her organizational skills cannot be faulted. erin bell - Recreation coordinator Erin, one of our favorite return "reccies" has taken over from Nigel while he takes some personal time out. Erin was an apprentice at the Camp many years ago, and brings great experience from all over the world. We thank her for coming to assist when we needed her and bringing her warm nature. Nigel has been in the Recreation Coordinator position for over 11 years and is one of Australia’s most qualified recreation leaders. Nigel has contributed to Australian Standards development and has designed a number of fantastic children’s games. Jack gallagher - CATERING MANAGER Jack has taken over the reins in the kitchen during what has been a very tough time. The loss of Sandy, our former much-loved Catering Manager, will be felt for a long time to come. Kaye McGrath - finance officer Kaye has been in the Finance Officer position for three years. A local resident for many more, Kaye rounds out the office staff beautifully. Dale Ireland - MAINTENANCE OFFICER Dale fulfilled his apprenticeship in the kitchen before deciding to give the maintenance position his all. Watch as the grounds improve. There is not holding back his enthusiasm. Additional Staff Kitchen staff include our second chef, Alex Zoric. Cleaning staff include Lisa Howard, Carolyne Moore, Corinne Grigson and Adele. Regular painting crew includes Les Haigh and Chris Hawkins, who are progressively working their way around the camp. The improved appearance is commented on by many long-time guests. Regular recreation staff include Aly Cooper.
