Are you accredited?

Do your activities staff have adequate training?
Yes, they are required to go through internal and external training on all apparatus. If you have any concern please speak with the recreation co-rodinator

Can I see a sample menu and meal times?
Yes, the catering section of this part has a sample menu

Will there be more than one school on site?
We are a large site of 400 beds so we try to maximize our usage. We will give exclusive use to a school when they are of a large quantity, eg 120. When we offer places to another school we try to ensure the age groups are similar and in the instance that they are not will always discuss with the client prior to taking the additional booking.

Do we need to vacate our rooms by a particular time on our last day?
Generally we will ask you to vacate your room before 9am on the last day. If you are completing water activities we will of course allow some rooms for showering.

Do you have minimum numbers?
Yes, it is 40. However if we already have another school on site we will often take less

Are we charged for recreation program?
Yes, you receive 4 hours free recreation and then are charged at $30/ hour

Are teachers charged to attend?
Teachers are free at a ratio of 1:10

How many in each room?
Check the accommodation/ facilities section

How long do recreation sessions go for?
Sessions generally run from 9- 10.30am, 11-12.30pm, 1.30-3pm, 3.30 – 5pm

Do we have a wet weather program?
Yes we can run alternatives. Please discuss with the recreation co-ordinator

Are we charged for breakages?
Yes we will invoice for breakages

Can we access the internet?
We will allow access if needed for a genuine purpose, but strictly speaking we do not provide access
