Check the accommodation/ facilities section How long do recreation sessions go for? Sessions generally run from 9- 10.30am, 11-12.30pm, 1.30-3pm, 3.30 – 5pm Do we have a wet weather program? Yes we can run alternatives. Please discuss with the recreation co-ordinator Are we charged for breakages? Yes we will invoice for breakages Can we access the internet? We will allow access if needed for a genuine purpose, but strictly speaking we do not provide Will there be more than one group on site? We are a large site of 400 beds so we try to maximize our usage. We will give exclusive use to a group when they are of a large quantity, eg 120. When we offer places to another group we try to ensure the groups are similar and in the instance that they are not will always discuss with the client prior to taking the additional booking.
