Mark Betts is a senior executive and experienced director with a background in major civil infrastructure, transport development, and project procurement. With expertise in strategy, governance, and stakeholder management, Mark has played a key role in delivering complex projects, including the MCG Southern and Northern Stand redevelopments and the Victorian Level Crossing Removal Project. Having served as Chair of The Portsea Camp for seven years and an independent consultant for over 17 years, Mark is deeply committed to not-for-profit governance and leaving a sustainable legacy for future generations.
