Holiday Camps Refund and Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel any applications you have made for a Holiday Camp, the following policy applies:

  • Up until 2 weeks from the start of camp – Full Refund
  • Less than 2 weeks from the start of camp – Credit to another camp only. Unless unforeseen outcome has been discussed directly Camp Experience Manager or CEO

Any concerns or questions about refunds or cancellations should be directed to the appropriate Customer Experience Manager
